How to Order a Gift Certificate

Our gift certificates can be purchased from the Order Form.
Place your order and select
 Gift Certificate and the
Memory Quilt Creation you wish to give.
  Fill in the order with YOUR address and contact information. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your order. We will request delivery information for the Memory Quilt gift certificate recipient and provide you with delivery options.
There is No Additional Charge for the Gift Certificate or gift wrapping service.
You DO NOT pay until we have confirmed your order.
Gift certificates require full payment after order confirmation and are non-refundable.
  • Gift Certificates are NOT affected by price changes but must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date.
