Beautiful, Custom Handmade Photo Memory Quilts for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Reunions, Confirmations, Parents, Grandparents and Memorials. | 1. Submit your order from our website. 2. We send an Automated Order Confirmation by e-mail followed by a Personal Order Confirmation. Your personal order confirmation will contain lots of information, such as: partial payment totals, total costs, shipping cost, photo and upload information, our business mailing address, payment information (checks, credit card etc.), photo suggestions, references to your personal web page and a request for partial payment. 3. We Confirm your order by receiving and acknowledging your partial payment. We must receive your partial payment to confirm, create your personal web page and schedule your order. If paying by credit card, use the Credit Card Payment menu on our website. We process all credit card payments through PayPal. You DO NOT have to create a PayPal account. PayPal is our safe, secure credit card processing authority. If paying by check, it may take 7-14 days for banks to clear payment. We create your personal web page, and forward the link to you via e-mail in about 1 business day or less. We will NEVER ask for financial information in an e-mail. Order processing is scheduled by: Date order confirmation payment received, delivery date requested, photo layout and fabric confirmation being received from you. 4. Receive your photographs via postal or direct upload to our site. If you upload digital photos to us, we are automatically notified each time you upload, however, we ask that you notify us when all photos have been sent. After receiving all photos we will number and display them, create a proposed photo layout on your personal web page for you to see and assist us with arranging. If you need to send additional photos, you may do so at any time up until we start fabric printing. 5. Confirm/Change your photo layout until approved by you. 6. Receive basic fabric colors: , When appropriate, we will display fabric selections, based on your color choices, on your web page for your approval well prior to starting your creation. 7. Construction Process: (We cannot start construction until we have received your photo layout and fabric confirmation) Start of construction is noted on your web page. Send completion notice with any balance due via e-mail, with a request to re-verify the shipping address. 9. Receive any balance due on your creation. We do not ship until we have received the balance due on your order and your shipping address has been re-confirmed. 10. Ship finished Memory Creation to you. We ship via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. You will receive a shipping notice soon after your package has been picked up. Your shipping notice will contain a delivery confirmation tracking number.... and we look forward to hearing from you when your special creation arrives.
